Preferred Partners

What is a Preferred Partner?

We believe those seeking Home Care services should be free to choose who they feel will best suit their needs. In retirement communities however, significant advantages can be passed along to seniors seeking home care services. This is why Live Long Well Care takes careful consideration in creating Preferred Partnerships with select groups.

Preferred Partnership status is established when a retirement community or senior center enters into a simple agreement with Live Long Well Care as the sole preferred company for Private Duty Care. The agreement primarily focuses on how both parties will work closely together with the sole goal of providing coordinated care with the client. We become a close partner dedicated in ensuring the satisfaction of the resident/client while respecting the many policy and procedures of the community. Advantages of this Preferred Partnership includes:

Additional Details of the Partnership

We are fully aware how difficult it is for communities to maintain the safety of their residents and staff when multiple vendors are in and out of the community. Partnering with a dedicated provider who respects the policy and procedures of the community and effectively communicates with leadership provides more control. Live Long Well Care has established many partnerships with retirement communities and healthcare units throughout our regions. The results have significantly improved the operations and occupancy of our partners and has greatly elevated the satisfaction of our clients in those communities.
